This new project is located on a well-known plot in the Marina Baja. In 1963 the residence of employees of the Bank of Vizcaya (later BBVA) was built in it, being the pioneer in situating the Albir beach as a tourist destination. Now, the new promotion makes this land of more than 30,000m2 an absolutely transformative development and again a precursor.
